Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in Canberra. You will collaborate with surgeons and theatre staff, delivering clinical guidance and driving commercial growth within the Trauma portfolio.

The role offers relocation support and a clear development pathway toward Territory Manager. Based in Canberra, ACT, the position welcomes candidates from Australia or New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, sales or healthcare-related experience.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's license.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics and inventory requirements
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments
