Job summary

Stryker in Canberra is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in theatre, while building clinical, technical, and commercial expertise. You’ll collaborate with surgeons and healthcare teams to drive patient outcomes and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing, sales or healthcare-related experience.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements.
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments.
