Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Respond promptly to enquiries from students, clients, and trainers via email.
Manage course bookings, transfers, and cancellations.
Help to coordinate course resources and ensure training sessions are fully prepared.
Process and maintain accurate student records and compliance documentation.
Provide basic technical support to students accessing training.
Perform a variety of general administrative duties to support the Training team.
About You
You'll be an organised and proactive administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional service.
You'll ideally have:
Previous administration experience, preferably within the education, training, or a similar industry.
A positive, self-motivated attitude with a willingness to take initiative.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
The ability to manage multiple priorities while working under pressure.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
A flexible, adaptable approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
A collaborative, positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Reliability, professionalism, and excellent time management.
