Are you an admin hero who loves organisation, people, and making things run smoothly? We’re looking for a warm, adaptable, highly organisedAdministratortosupportour National Programmes Manager. This role is the engine room behind our mahi with rangatahi across Aotearoa, keeping programmes coordinated, travel booked, reports accurate, and health & safety documentation up to date.

Keep our national programmes organised, scheduled, andsupported.
Coordinate events, travel and flight bookings.
Manage programme documentation, emails, communication, logistics, and national coordination.
Collate information and prepare reports, working confidently in Excel and digital systems.
Assist with health & safety administration.
Manage our CRM system.
Maintain tidy, efficient systems that help the team deliver high‑quality programmes
Build strong relationships with youth, whānau, Police, NZDF, schools, and community partners
Supportoccasional creative tasks such as video recording or editing
Strong administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment
Willingness to participate in training andsupportthe delivery of training to staff
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting and documentation
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital data systems
Ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
Commitment to youth development, cultural responsiveness, and trauma‑informed practice
Experience in youth development, social services, education, or sport/recreation sectors
Experience managing databases or CRM systems
Understanding of Health & Safety processes and documentation
Familiarity with protective‑factor frameworks or youth wellbeing models
Knowledge of te ao Māori, tikanga, and/or Pacific cultural frameworks
Warm, approachable, and youth‑centred
Flexible with sense of humour
Easy‑going, adaptable, and able to bring positive creative energy to the team
Highly organised and reliable, with strong follow‑through
Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing needs
Values‑driven, culturally responsive, and committed to equitable outcomes for rangatahi
