We’re looking for an experienced, proactive and people-focused Customer Service Support person to join our fast-paced Auckland team.
This is a busy, hands-on role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—supporting them with training bookings, programme information, course enquiries, and general support. We’re looking for someone who brings solid customer service experience, good judgement and the confidence to handle a wide range of enquiries. You’ll need to enjoy variety, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely like helping people.
