You’ll be reporting to the Service and Relationship Manager andleading a team of Support Workers/ Peer Support Workers. Together,you will support tāngata whai ora on their recovery and wellness journeyby helping them develop effective coping strategies, build life skills, engagewith their communities, and achieve their self-identified goals.

This is a permanent, full-time position. You will be working Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm. Based in Manukau. You will also contribute to anon-call roster.
We are looking for a registered Clinician with some clinicaland leadership experience. You will have some understanding of te ao Māori and the wellbeing of tāngata whai ora andtheir whānau. You will bring a strong sense of purpose to your mahi, valuing whanaungatanga and leading with manaakitanga. In this role, you will nurture a safe, inclusiveenvironment, role model positive wellbeing, and empower kaimahi to grow and thrive as they support others on their journey.
