Pathways Health Ltd in Henderson, Auckland, NZ, seeks dedicated support workers for a full-time role (Tue–Sat, 11:30am–8:00pm) to assist tangata whai ora with daily living, meal prep, and wellness activities. You will report to the team coach and work in a nine-person team across three sites, delivering short-term, intensive support in partnership with Te Whatu Ora
Work alongside tāngatawhaiora to maintain physical, emotional & spiritual wellness. Assist themwith meal prep, clean‑up & other daily living tasks.

You will report to our teamcoach and work in our Waitemata Acute Community Mobile team. We are a team of 9 support workers across three sites. We are a unique responsive service thatco-locates and collaborates closely in partnership with the Te Whatu OraWaitemata Acute Clinical team to provide support for tangata whai ora to offer short-term, intensive and intentionalsupport for people who are experiencing distress of unwellness.
This is a full-timeposition working Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30am – 8:00pm, based in Henderson,Auckland.
