Pathways, a leading mental health and addiction service in Aotearoa, is seeking a permanent, full-time Team Coach in New Plymouth. You will lead the Housing and Recovery Service to support up to 12 tangata whai ora to live well, connect with whānau and achieve their aspirations.
You will oversee care delivery, coach and develop staff, manage resources, and collaborate with partners to grow services. The role requires HPCA registration and a passion for whānau wellbeing.

We’re looking for an inspirational and motivated leader to take up the excitingopportunity as full-time Team Coach (TC) in Taranaki. This TC role involveslooking after our well-established Housing and Recovery Service to support upto 12 Tangata whai ora to live well in their community, connect with whanau andsupport them to achieve their aspirations.

This is a permanent, full-time position. You’ll be working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Based in New Plymouth. You will also contribute to an on-call roster.
