Pathways, part of Wise Group, is seeking a full-time support worker in Henderson, Auckland to join the Waitemata Acute Community Mobile team. You will provide short‑term, intensive support to people experiencing distress, in partnership with the Te Whatu Ora Waitemata Acute Clinical team.
Applicants should have a NZ driver’s license, NZCHW or equivalent, and a first‑aid certificate. Mental health experience is preferred.
Work alongside tāngatawhaiora to maintain physical, emotional & spiritual wellness. Assist themwith meal prep, clean-up & other daily living tasks.

You will report to our teamcoach and work in our Waitemata Acute Community Mobile team. We are a team of 9 support workers across three sites. We are a unique responsive service thatco-locates and collaborates closely in partnership with the Te Whatu OraWaitemata Acute Clinical team to provide support for tangata whai ora to offer short-term, intensive and intentionalsupport for people who are experiencing distress of unwellness.
This is a full-timeposition working Tuesday - Saturday, 11:30am – 8:00pm, based in Henderson,Auckland.
