Pathways Health Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for the Hauraki Waihi Community team, based at the Gilmour Street office in Waihi.
You will work 40 hours weekly to support people in achieving recovery goals and wellbeing, with strong emphasis on budgeting, independence, and community connection. Applicants must hold NZCHW Level 4 (or equivalent), a Full NZ Driver Licence, and a current First Aid Certificate or be willing to obtain one within 2 months.
Working on the Hauraki Mobile Waihi service, from the Gilmour Street office, supporting people in the community with their recovery goals.
