Qualifications

• Previous event coordination or venue hire experience.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence using booking or event management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage venue hire enquiries and bookings
• Coordinate contracts, pricing, confirmations, and invoicing
• Liaise with clients to understand event requirements
• Maintain booking information within the venue management system
• Coordinate event logistics, including pack-in and pack-out
