Job summary

KiwiQuest Ltd. in Taupo is seeking an energetic events assistant to coordinate staff and logistics for nationwide glamping events. Based in Taupo, you will manage staffing, installation, and client liaison, ensuring smooth operations at diverse venues.

The role involves travel, camping, and occasional long periods away from base. Experience in the event industry and leadership of teams is preferred, with a flexible 25–65 hour work week and paid seasonal full-time status.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and legal ability to work in New Zealand.
• Event industry and people-leadership experience.
• Manual driving ability and own transport.
• Physical strength and fitness for travel and installations.
• Strong communication, initiative and independent work ethic.
• Ability to travel, camp and spend substantial time away from base.
