Eventfinda Stadium in Auckland is seeking a motivated Sales & Event Coordinator to manage the end-to-end event sales and delivery process, from initial enquiry through planning, delivery and post-event follow-up.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams and suppliers, and ensure events are delivered to a high standard while managing budgets and timelines. Flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in event management or event coordination.
• Experience in event delivery and ability to coordinate and lead teams.
• Strong organisational, project management and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including client rapport.
• Understanding of budgets, costs and financial reporting.

Responsabilités

• Manage event enquiries, bookings and coordination from start to finish.
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and promoting the venue capabilities.
• Assist with venue marketing and developing new client contacts.
• Coordinate venue visits, appointments, event schedules and bookings.
• Prepare and negotiate event contracts in line with Sales Manager guidance.
• Plan and coordinate event requirements including room layouts, catering, F&B, equipment.
• Lead and coordinate staff for catering, supplies, AV and other needs.
• Prepare event budgets, monitor costs and provide progress updates.
• Track event finances including invoicing and reporting.
• Complete event risk assessments to ensure safe delivery.
