Timeless Images in Newmarket, Auckland, is seeking a Studio Coordinator / Client Experience Administrator to join our busy photography studio. You’ll be the friendly voice, welcoming faces, and the backbone keeping calendars, bookings and daily schedules running smoothly.

You’ll thrive on talking to clients, coordinating a busy team and ensuring every visit leaves families with a fantastic first impression. Organisational excellence and a proactive mindset are essential.

Formación

• Must be a people person with excellent communication and a confident phone manner.
• Highly organised with strong calendar and scheduling skills.
• Willingness to coordinate a busy team and adapt to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming calls and confidently chat with clients.
• Welcome families and create a fantastic first impression.
• Manage bookings, appointments and multiple calendars.
• Coordinate photographers’ daily schedules and keep appointments on time.
• Communicate scheduling requirements and follow up with team members.
• Handle last-minute changes and find solutions when plans change.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues while using multiple software systems.
• Keep client records and administration accurate and up to date.
• Stay on top of daily priorities and ensure important tasks are completed.
• Help ensure clients have a wonderful experience from start to finish.
