Job summary

Healthwise Personnel seeks an experienced Team Lead Receptionist for a well-established medical imaging practice in Auckland. This full-time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, focusing on patient service and smooth front-desk operations.

You will oversee daily reception tasks, mentor junior receptionists, manage bookings, respond to emails and calls, and ensure accurate patient records while maintaining confidentiality in a busy clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Previous reception/administration or customer service experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to respond to emails and enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Strong experience managing bookings and appointments.
• Experience processing ACC claims and health insurance claims.
