Studio Dental Ltd in Canterbury, New Zealand, seeks a Front of House Coordinator to uphold a premium, design-led studio and deliver polished first impressions for our patients.

Based at the Strowan studio, you’ll manage bookings, enquiries, and patient communication while supporting social media and marketing efforts, ensuring our space remains calm, refined, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications

• Welcoming patients into a premium, design-led environment; maintain calm, polished front desk conduct.
• Excellent communication and organization to manage a busy front desk.
• Experience or ability to support social media and marketing activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients into a premium, design-led environment and set the tone for their entire visit
• Manage bookings, enquiries, and patient communication with accuracy and care
• Manage our social media presence, keeping our channels as considered and polished as the studio itself, and support day-to-day marketing as the practice grows
• Anticipate needs before they’re asked, and go beyond the basic ask
• Coordinate smoothly with our clinical team to keep the day running seamlessly
• Keep your space and presentation immaculate at all times
• Represent Studio Dental’s standards in every interaction, in person and on the phone
