Job summary

Wesco Anixter New Zealand seeks an Internal Account Manager in Auckland to support and grow an assigned portfolio within security and communications solutions. You will combine account management, sales support, and business development to deliver first-class service and drive revenue.

You will work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams, maintain CRM records, participate in product training and industry events, and help opportunities through the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong phone presence and ability to build relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service or internal sales.
• Technical aptitude and willingness to learn product solutions.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Account management: grow an assigned portfolio and deliver service.
• Sales & business development: hit sales targets and drive revenue.
• Customer support: assist customers and keep them informed on promotions, updates.
• CRM & pipeline management: maintain records and updates.
• Stakeholder collaboration: coordinate with customers, vendors, internal teams.
• Order & channel management: process orders and maintain reseller relationships.
• Market & product support: monitor trends and assist with lifecycle management.
• Training & industry engagement: attend product training and events.
• Additional duties as required.
