As an Enterprise Solutions Specialist, you will provide advanced technical expertise and support to customers, consultants, integrators, and internal sales teams across enterprise security and technology solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, you will help develop solution designs, provide technical guidance, support major projects, and identify opportunities to grow customer relationships.
This role is ideal for a technically minded professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, supporting customers throughout the project lifecycle, and delivering innovative security, networking, and enterprise technology solutions.
Technical Solutions & Support: Provide advanced technical support, solution design guidance, system configuration advice, and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal stakeholders.
Customer & End User Engagement: Partner with enterprise customers, consultants, government agencies, and integrators to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Sales & Business Development Support: Work alongside Account Managers to identify opportunities, support customer meetings, and help develop enterprise solution opportunities.
Solution Design & Project Support: Assist with solution design, project planning, risk considerations, and technical recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept testing, and solution evaluations for customers and end users.
Tender & Project Coordination: Support tender responses, technical submissions, and project communications in collaboration with customers, Account Managers, and integrator partners.
Training & Knowledge Sharing: Deliver training, workshops, and technical guidance to customers, consultants, end users, and internal teams.
Industry & Market Engagement: Attend technology, networking, and industry events to maintain market awareness and promote enterprise solutions.
Experience Centre Management: Assist in maintaining and developing the local experience centre to showcase solutions and emerging technologies.
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise security and technology solutions, including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, networking, wireless, or related technologies.
Experience supporting customers in a technical sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical support environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a range of audiences.
Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building trusted relationships.
Ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively with customers, sales teams, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and customer-focused technical specialist who enjoys working closely with customers and sales teams to develop effective enterprise solutions. Experience within electronic security, enterprise networking, integrated technology systems, or related industries will be highly regarded. Regional travel may be required from time to time.
