Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of enterprise security and technology solutions including access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, networking, wireless.
• Experience in technical sales, solution design, systems engineering, or technical support.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support, solution design guidance, system configuration advice, and troubleshooting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage with enterprise customers, consultants, government agencies, and integrators to understand requirements and propose solutions.
• Support Account Managers to identify opportunities and develop enterprise solution opportunities.
• Assist with solution design, project planning, risk considerations, and recommendations throughout projects.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and evaluations for customers.
• Support tender responses, technical submissions, and project communications with partners.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing to customers, consultants, end users, and internal teams.
• Attend industry events to maintain market awareness and promote enterprise solutions.
• Help manage the local experience centre to showcase solutions and emerging tech.
