Leadout Capital in Auckland seeks an Account Executive, Enterprise, to own a portfolio of enterprise accounts and drive digital and AI transformation through Salesforce. You will accelerate pipeline, deepen executive relationships, and close impactful deals.

You will engage C-suite stakeholders, collaborate with engineers, CS and partners, and forecast with disciplined pipeline management to support growth across New Zealand.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling enterprise software or SaaS with quota attainment.
• Experience engaging at the C-suite translating business challenges into tech solutions.
• Strong territory planning, pipeline management and deal execution.
• Ability to collaborate with solution engineers, customer success and partners.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle across defined enterprise accounts from pipeline to close.
• Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, positioning Salesforce as a strategic partner.
• Collaborate with solution engineers, CS and partners to design tailored proposals.
• Forecast accurately and maintain pipeline discipline to support NZ growth.
