• 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions in CX or related fields.
• Track record of quota overachievement in mid-market or enterprise.
• Strong consultative selling and deal-closure skills in SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy across a blended commercial and enterprise territory in New Zealand.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, deeply understanding their service and CX challenges.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding within existing accounts and acquiring net-new logos across both commercial and enterprise segments.
• Evangelize AI-powered service solutions—including Agentforce—that transform how businesses support their customers.
• Run full sales cycles: prospecting, discovery, solution design, negotiation, and close.
• Exceed annual quota through a consultative, outcome-led approach, adapting your sales motion to deal size and complexity.
