With a focus on data-driven decisions and strong communication, you will help steer workforce planning and payroll accuracy while fostering a positive, family-friendly team culture in a busy supermarket

Responsabilidades

• Manage and optimise store-wide team scheduling to maximise service and stay within budgets.
• Plan and oversee training for multi-skilling and compliance requirements.
• Conduct workforce planning for future labour needs, leave, and certifications.
• Review weekly payroll for accuracy and resolve escalated issues.
• Support store leadership as Acting Store Manager on shifts and foster teamwork.
