Woolworths NZ in Dunedin is seeking a Team Experience Leader to optimise store-wide scheduling, align with budgets and rostering principles, and lead comprehensive training for multi-skilling and compliance. You will plan strategic workforce changes, oversee payroll accuracy, and act as Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts to support leadership and team collaboration.

• Manage and optimise store-wide team scheduling to maximise service and align with budgets.
• Plan and oversee comprehensive training for the team, including multi-skilling and compliance.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning for future labour needs, annual leave, succession, and certifications.
• Review weekly payroll for accuracy and resolve escalated issues.
• Provide store leadership support by acting as the Acting Store Manager on scheduled shifts.
