Autohub in Hobsonville, Auckland is seeking an Operations/Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, deliver excellent customer service, and coordinate freight and shipping from enquiry to delivery.

You will work with customers, suppliers, operations teams and our Japanese head office to ensure a smooth shipping journey, accurate data entry, and timely updates. This is a fast-paced role with growth opportunities in a trusted global logistics partner.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales support, logistics or freight forwarding is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer enquiries promptly via phone, email and online channels.
• Prepare accurate quotations and support conversion of enquiries into bookings.
• Assist with import and export bookings across markets and coordinate shipments.
• Provide timely updates to customers on shipment status and documentation requirements.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records and data entry within company systems.
