Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Solid understanding of international import/export processes.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using CargoWise is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export shipments across air/sea freight.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers and service providers.
• Provide proactive shipment updates and issue resolution.
• Process shipping documents, declarations and invoicing.
• Monitor KPI performance and service levels.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in operations.
