Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and prepare required documents.
• Place supplier orders according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate logistics activities across service nodes for end-to-end delivery.
• Handle customer enquiries including digital/e-commerce product queries.
• Prepare and issue invoices; process supplier service orders.
• Perform data entry, billing, and general administrative duties.
• Investigate customer queries and escalate complex issues to management.
• Assist other departments on special projects and provide backup support.
• Work as part of a team to meet HQ KPIs and departmental objectives.
