Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, scheduling, or coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and databases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work orders from initial request to invoicing and closure.
• Schedule and dispatch the right trade for each job based on location, skills, availability, and customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers throughout the process and ensure they know what to expect.
• Monitor work progress and follow up to ensure jobs are completed within required timeframes.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email and ensure actions are followed through.
• Manage customer complaints, investigate issues, and work with the wider team to find practical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and updating systems with job and customer information.
• Producing reports and supporting the team with administration and data management tasks.
• Identifying trends, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency
