The Opportunity

As a Service Manager, you will oversee a team of support workers across a variety services. You'll ensure high-quality, person-centred support while driving service improvement and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.

This is a role for someone who takes initiative, enjoys problem-solving, and is excited by the opportunity to shape services and grow professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of support workers to deliver exceptional community-based support.

  • Support staff capability through training, supervision, and performance development.
  • Champion a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • A relevant qualification in social services, health, or management (preferred but not essential)
