Job summary

Pact Group in Balclutha, NZ is seeking full-time community support workers to help people explore their community, build life skills and achieve personal goals. You’ll join a supportive team that values safety, inclusion and meaningful work.

Role involves day, evening and weekend shifts. You’ll document progress, support routines, and foster confidence while ensuring clients feel valued and enjoy daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Calm, positive approach even when things get challenging.
• Genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Full driver’s license and basic computer skills.
• Relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3 Health & Wellbeing) or willingness to work toward one.
• Right to work in New Zealand (essential).

• A full driver’s licence and basic computer skills
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3Health & Wellbeing) — or willingness to work toward one once you’re on board
• The right to work in New Zealand (essential)
