Supporting disabled people to have choice and control, ordinary life outcomes, and meaningful connections within their communities.

How We Lead

  • Trust, accountability, and learning
  • Bringing our whole selves to work
  • Decisions made as close as possible to the people we support
What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting teams to deliver personalised, high-quality services
  • Coaching and developing people to grow confidence and capability
  • Partnering with disabled people and whānau to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Leading service quality, continuous improvement, and good practice
  • Managing service performance, resources, and budgets
  • Building strong relationships across communities and networks
  • Championing Enabling Good Lives, Nou Te Mana, and culturally responsive practice

  • A coaching mindset and the ability to support others to grow
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing operational performance and resources
  • The ability to navigate complexity with confidence, curiosity, and care
  • A commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi
What Will Set You Apart

You believe leadership is about creating the conditions for others to succeed.

You lead through influence rather than authority, focus on possibilities rather than limitations, and are passionate about supporting disabled people to live great lives.

What We Offer
  • A purpose-led organisation making a real difference
  • The opportunity to influence meaningful outcomes for disabled people
  • A supportive environment focused on growth, learning, and innovation
  • Opportunities for professional and leadership development
  • The chance to be part of an exciting organisational transformation journey
