Job summary

Pact invites applications for a Full-Time Community Support Worker in Invercargill to help people with intellectual disabilities engage with their community, build life skills, and pursue personal goals.

You will join a supportive team, learn on the job, and contribute to a safe, inclusive environment. The role requires flexibility for day, evening, and weekend shifts, a valid NZ driver’s license, and a willingness to complete relevant qualifications.

• A full driver’s licence and basic computer skills.
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 3 Health & Wellbeing) — or willingness to work toward one.
