Job summary

Pact in Balclutha, New Zealand, is seeking casual support workers to help people in the community achieve personal goals and participate in daily activities. About the Role

We currently havecasual positionsavailable (as and whenrequired), offering a wide variety of day, evening, weekend,awake‑night, and sleepover shifts. Because this is a casual support work role,you’llneed to be comfortable picking upshort‑noticeshiftsfrom time to time — perfect for someone who values flexibility and enjoys work that’s never the same two days in a row.In this role, you'll support people as they explore their community, discover new interests, strengthen life skills, and work toward personal goals.

In this role, you will:
