Aotea Waikato is seeking a Service Coordinator for Taupō to help maintain smooth service operations from the initial customer call to invoicing readiness. The role involves scheduling technicians, managing jobs in Simpro, and coordinating with customers and suppliers in a busy environment.

The ideal candidate is organised, accurate and comfortable handling changing priorities, with experience in service coordination or administration and familiarity with Simpro being an advantage.

• Experience in service coordination or administration is desirable.
• Ability to handle changing priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive, accurate and people-focused with good organisational skills.

Mansioni

• Answer customer calls and book service work.
• Create and maintain jobs in Simpro.
• Schedule technicians and coordinate workflow.
• Follow up outstanding and completed jobs.
• Liaise with customers, technicians and suppliers.
• Order parts as required.
• Support the Service Manager and provide general office support.
