Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is seeking a professional Service Advisor to join a busy Whangārei dealership and deliver an outstanding service experience for customers.

You will be the link between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, communicating repair requirements, and keeping clients updated throughout the service journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role within automotive service is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and manage service bookings.
• Prepare repair orders and capture customer requirements.
• Liaise with technicians regarding servicing, repairs and vehicle progress.
• Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
• Obtain authorisation for additional work when required.
• Prepare estimates, invoices and service documentation.
• Coordinate workshop schedules to maximise efficiency.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Assist with warranty and administration processes where required.
• Promote additional products and services that add value to customers.

• Sound understanding of vehicle servicing and repairs is highly advantageous
