Job summary

This Tauranga dealership is highly regarded for its modern facilities, friendly culture and long-serving team.

You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, managing their vehicle servicing and repair experience from booking through to handover. The role demands front-line automotive experience and strong customer service to discuss servicing, repairs, costs and recommendations while coordinating workflow and maintaining accurate DMS records.

Qualifications

• Experience in service advisory or front-line automotive.
• Knowledge of vehicle servicing and repair processes.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Valid NZ driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer bookings, work orders and vehicle handovers.
• Discuss servicing, repairs, costs and recommendations with customers.
• Coordinate workflow between customers, technicians and suppliers.
• Provide updates and obtain repair approvals.
• Handle invoicing, payments and accurate DMS records.
• Maintain excellent customer service and resolve concerns professionally.
