Job summary

Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited is seeking a regional Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Waikato, Auckland, and Northland. You will liaise with workshop teams to keep jobs on track, prepare quotes, and open, update and close service calls using multiple systems.

You will be based in Wiri, Auckland or Te Rapa, Hamilton, with typical hours 8.30am–5pm and some flexibility; the role offers a competitive salary, industry-leading benefits and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in the industry is preferred.
• Ideally a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-centric approach to interactions and decisions.
• High level of computer literacy and experience with quotation and invoicing processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with workshop teams to keep jobs on track and ensure smooth flow.
• Prepare quotes and manage quotation/invoicing processes.
• Open, update and close service calls across multiple systems.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences through clear communication and problem solving.
