Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in our, or a related, industry.
• Ideally has a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Puts the customer at the forefront of all interactions and decisions.
• Possesses a high level of computer literacy and experience in the quotation and invoicing processes.
• Is super organised, driving and following processes.
• Possesses superior communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with workshop teams to keep jobs on track and update service calls.
• Prepare quotes and problem solve to deliver timely solutions.
• Open, update and close service calls across multiple systems and apps.
• Support a regional team of service advisors across Waikato, Auckland, and Northland.
