Job summary

Terra Industrial New Zealand Limited is seeking a regional Service Advisor to deliver exceptional customer experiences across Waikato, Auckland, and Northland. You will liaise with workshop teams to keep jobs on track, prepare quotes, and open, update and close service calls using multiple systems.

You will be based in Wiri, Auckland or Te Rapa, Hamilton, with typical hours 8.30am–5pm and some flexibility; the role offers a competitive salary, industry-leading benefits and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role in the industry is preferred.
• Ideally a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Customer-centric approach to interactions and decisions.
• High level of computer literacy and experience with quotation and invoicing processes.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to follow processes.

The role:

Joining our team of regional Service Advisors, this role is responsible providing exceptional customer experiences every day through on point communication and superb organisational skills. You will liaise with our workshop teams to keep jobs on track, prepare quotes, problem solve, and open, update and close service calls. You will be using multiple systems and apps so your technology skills will need to be top notch.

This role forms part of a regional team of 8 service advisors supporting our customers and teams across Waikato, Auckland, and Northland. It can be based in either Wiri Auckland or Te Rapa, Hamilton. Every day will present new challenges and learning opportunities ensuring no two days are the same.

Ideally the hours for this role are 8.30am - 5pm daily, but there may be some flexibility.

• Has experience in a similar role in our, or a related, industry
• Ideally has a mechanical background or strong mechanical aptitude
• Puts the customer at the forefront of all interactions and decisions
• Possesses a high level of computer literacy and experience in the quotation and invoicing processes
• Is super organised, driving and following processes
• Possesses superior communication skills and a collaborative approach

This role requires you to work closely with other Terra staff to ensure our customers have a great experience every time, so first class communication and organisational skills are essential.
