Job summary

Manawatu Toyota in Palmerston North is seeking a friendly, hands-on team member to join our Service Team. You will work with our workshop to ensure vehicles are serviced on time and keep customers informed about their needs.

A key part of the role is organising and accurately invoicing jobs while maintaining high standards of customer service. You’ll need to stay calm under pressure, multi-task and learn our processes with ongoing induction.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and workshop staff.

Responsibilities

• Work with the workshop to ensure customer vehicles are serviced on time.
• Maintain flow of work and understand customer needs for servicing.
• Talk with customers about their vehicles and service requirements.
• Organise and accurately invoice jobs.
