Responsibilities

• Maximise the day to be well organised, productive and efficient.
• Manage booking and job allocation systems effectively.

• Collaborate with Parts and Sales teams to keep operations smooth.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every visit.
• Oversee service department budgets, profits and KPIs.

Manawatu & TRC Toyota is looking for our next Service Manager in Whanganui.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Technician, Workshop Foreman or current Service Manager who is ready to lead a focused service department within one of New Zealand's progressive Toyota groups.

You'll take the reins of an established team of skilled technicians, apprentices, and service advisors supported by a strong leadership team and the country's number one vehicle brand.
