Job summary

Automotive Employment NZ Ltd. is seeking two Service Advisors for a well-established franchise dealership in Christchurch. You will be the key link between customers and the workshop, ensuring a professional service experience.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage bookings, handle customer enquiries, liaise with technicians, and provide updates and estimates while helping achieve department targets. A NZ wide group supports ongoing training and career progression.

Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor experience in a franchise dealership is preferred.
• Experience in a similar automotive customer service role will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational and computer skills.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence.
