Job summary

Auckland Auto Group – Albany, North Island We are seeking a customer-focused Service & Parts Advisor for our brand-new, multi-brand facility in Albany. You will be the first point of contact, handling parts and service enquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring a friendly, efficient service experience for every customer.

The role requires excellent communication, the ability to multitask, and a proactive team player mindset.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and help where needed.
• Automotive industry experience is an advantage; attitude and willingness to learn matter.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts and service enquiries.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll play a key role in ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and efficient. No two days are the same, so you'll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple tasks at once.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with parts and service enquiries
• Coordinating bookings and communicating with customers throughout the service process
• Managing parts orders and inventory enquiries
• Liaising with technicians and suppliers
• Supporting the Service Department wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
• Delivering a warm, positive customer experience every time

What We're Looking For
