Job summary

ACC is seeking a Strategic Learning & Capability Partner to work with executive and senior leaders to strengthen organisational performance and shape capabilities across the business.

You will drive enterprise-wide capabilities such as AI literacy, commercial capability and workforce capabilities identified through ACC's Strategic Workforce Plan, influencing investment decisions and guiding priorities for impact.

Qualifications

• Diagnose complex organisational challenges and provide strategic, evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience in organisational development, capability strategy, workforce transformation, or capability leadership.
• Influence Executive and senior leaders on capability, workforce and organisational priorities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs and shape investment decisions.
• Strong analytical skills using data, insights and evidence to inform decisions and show impact.
• Translate strategic capability priorities into practical learning and non-learning interventions.
• Excellent communication to present complex concepts clearly and influence diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, collaboration and relationship management.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi in organisational systems and practices.
• NZ work rights at the time of application.
