Job summary

Mercury NZ Limited is seeking a seasoned People Experience partner to become the primary strategic ally for a portfolio, translating strategy into practical workforce plans and actions that strengthen capability, culture and business performance.

You’ll partner with Executives and senior leaders, shaping the future of work with the effective adoption of technology and AI, while coordinating across PX Advisory and specialist teams.

Qualifications

• Significant generalist HR experience in a senior BP or HR Manager or equivalent role.
• Experience partnering with Executives and senior leadership teams.
• Experience in large, complex organisations (1000+ employees).
• Strong commercial and strategic thinking; translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

• Build a strong understanding of portfolio commercial drivers, priorities and risks.
• Provide trusted advice and challenge linking people decisions to business strategy and performance.
