As a Strategic Learning & Capability Partner, you will operate as a senior internal consultant, partnering with Executive and senior leaders to strengthen organisational performance and shape the capabilities ACC needs for the future.
Working at the intersection of business strategy, workforce capability and performance outcomes, you will help define enterprise-wide capabilities such as AI literacy, commercial capability and emerging workforce capabilities identified through ACC's Strategic Workforce Plan.
You will influence strategic investment decisions, guide capability priorities, and work with leaders to solve complex organisational challenges, ensuring capability initiatives deliver measurable impact.

The appointing salary for this role is $146,000 - $179,000 based on experience.
