You will influence how assurance is delivered, drive continuous improvement, and work with stakeholders to translate insights into practical actions in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience assessing, testing, reviewing, or improving operational controls, processes, or assurance activities.
• Strong analytical skills to draw evidence-based conclusions.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly and translate findings into practical actions.
• New Zealand work rights at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Lead assurance activities across ACC's operational environment and test controls.
• Assess control effectiveness and provide insights to drive improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to embed stronger risk and control management practices.
• Help develop and mature the operational controls assurance framework.
