This senior role requires a deep understanding of the catering industry, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of delivering memorable and flawless events.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their event vision, objectives, and budget, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive event proposals, including detailed menus, staffing plans, timelines, and venue layouts.
• Oversee the coordination of all event elements, including vendors, suppliers, catering staff, and entertainment.
• Manage event budgets effectively, ensuring profitability while meeting client expectations.
