Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within catering or hospitality.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing event needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the catering team, including staff scheduling and task delegation.
• Ensure all catering events are set up, executed, and broken down according to client specifications and company standards.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service delivery.
• Manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock for events.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the catering operations.
• Address and resolve any operational issues or client concerns promptly and effectively.
