Job summary

New Zealand Couriers is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Auckland North sales operations. Based at the Rosedale branch, you will coordinate between internal teams, support sales processes, and resolve customer escalations while building smarter sales tools and dashboards.

The role requires a data-driven mindset, strong communication, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI. You will help standardise processes and train new team members in tools and templates.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales support or sales operations.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel.
• Ability to create reports and dashboards.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Preparing sales materials, reports and documents for the sales team.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager - Account Partners to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements across tools, workflows and sales processes.
• Support onboarding and training for new sales team members, especially on tools, templates and internal procedures.
• Assist with the adoption and optimisation of sales enablement tools and platforms, specifically Power BI tools.
• Monitor common customer issues and identify trends to assist with the implementation of preventative process improvements.
• Working with internal customers to ensure better outcomes for customers and the sales team.
