Job summary

Team Global Express NZ is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to provide reporting, systems support and analytical insights that empower our Sales team. You’ll deliver accurate insights, maintain CRM integrity, and support forecasting, tender and customer performance activities to enable effective commercial decisions.

We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide the reporting; systems support and analytical insights that enable our Sales team to perform at their best.

About The Role - Mō Te Tūranga

You’ll play a key role in supporting the reporting, systems and processes that underpin our Commercial function. You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate sales and customer insights, maintaining CRM and reporting integrity, and supporting forecasting, tender and customer performance activities that enable effective commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
